Default Inexpensive camera for moving subjects

Hey,
I need a camera under $150 that I can put in my pocket that can capture sharp images of my kids on walks and such.
I have a Canon Rebel SX that I usually use, but it is so large and I am sick of trying to get the kiddies with my cell camera.
Any ideas?
Casio Exlilim EX-S8?
Panasonic Lumix DMC-FH3?
Something else?

to capture moving subjects in good light, increase your shutter speed. back in the day, all my pics came out blurry till my son showed me how to change my shutter speed. now i often shoot as fast as 1/500 or higher, and i almost never get a blurry pic with or without stabiliation.

btw, i can get pics of birds in flight on my $100 kodak z915, so if you don't mind learning to use the shutter speed, it should do fine for you. it has better than average white balance, too, which is handy, and while the videos aren't HD, they're there when you have something you want to capture.

Thanks. I was going to look at the Z915. I do take a lot of photos in the house of the kids though. I loved my Z730! It was an amazingly fast camera with very little lag. Some photos had to be dumped due to being blurry, but I got the majority of the action with it.
