Default I am looking for a point and shoot camera, Around $200

I am looking for a point and shoot camera, Around $200

(1) Good all around images
(2) Images with as little noise as possible, for a cheap camera
(3) Images with good color
(4) Uses AA-size Batteries
(5) Something that might fit in a glove box or a big pocket
(6) Something with a good and reliable Auto mode, I should be able
to just grab the camera and start taking pictures without worry
(7) Needs a Movie Mode, with at least 640x480 @ 30fps, with sound,
and the videos look good
(8) It needs Macro Mode, and it needs to work "acceptably"

So far the closest I have got to that is the

Canon PowerShot SX130 IS

Is there any others I should know about ?

An xcellent choice. But if U want to look around then I would recommend looking into Kodak Z915/950(HD video)< $150,Nikon S8100<$300,Sony WX5 & HX5v < $300. The Nikon could have an edge on the rest.

I would like to stay around $200 maybe $250 at most, but
there are a lot of sales this time of year so I might get lucky
and get a $300+ camera cheaper

I do need a camera that uses regular AA-size Batteries as the
camera will be used on long trips, and stored in my car, I have
tried using cameras with the battery packs on long trips and it
has proven to be a pain to keep them charged, I want something
that's ready to go at the spur of the moment

I would also to avoid Kodak, as I have a Z1085 IS, and the
images it takes are as grainy as a beach is sandy LOL, so
much noise the images are basically unusable, Steve's Sample
Photos for the Kodak Z915 seam to show lots of noise as well

I have been looking around and it seams that the, PowerShot SX130
seams to have the best image quality for the price, its at $180 now,
it does have a bad problem with going threw batteries quick, but I
dont mind having some extra disposable AA-size Batteries, and
then use rechargeable when I have a a way to recharge them.

My girlfriend wants me to get the PowerShot D10, it has slightly
less image quality, lower video quality, does not use AA-size
Batteries, less zoom, and costs more, I guess she is thinking about
its ruggedness, as far as it being waterproof, I would not trust it
under water, maybe in the rain LOL I have seen to many reviews
of waterproof cameras going dead after getting in the water, even
when its only a foot or two deep, -- I do like the idea of a tough
camera, and if I had to, I could use an inverter in my car to help
charge the camera battery.

I am still looking.

Amazon had a deal on the PowerShot SX130 for $179 and a free
4gb SDHC card, so I ordered it, I also got some Sanyo Eneloop
batteries with charger for $16, with shipping it was $205 for
everything.

The only other camera I found, that I liked, was the Panasonic
Lumix DMC-TZ10, but I did not like that it used AVCHD Lite for
videos, it cost $70 more, right now on Amazon its at $250, and
does not use AA-size Batteries - but other than that it would
be perfect for my needs.
