Default Cant decide, Canon S95 or Panasonic TZ10

I need a hand making a decision. I need a new camera and have been looking for a while. I have narrowed it down to two. One is the S95 and the other is the Panasonic TZ10. I dont know which to go for.

Main points are:

Canon S95

- amazing pics
- easy menu
- perhaps a little better in very low light
- poor zoom
- can take images in RAW format
- better lens
- larger sensor

- amazing zoom, 12x optical and 16 digital (i have seen them zooming side by side and its SO much better then the canon)
- GPS tagging of pics (any real value to this?)
- Lots more picture modes, such as panoramic mode that automatically stitches the pics together
- also good in low light
- better battery
- poorer feel to the build, more plasticy
- not as great a lens
- better wide angle shots

side by side comparison: http://snapsort.com/compare/Canon_Po...Lumix_DMC-TZ10

I would choose the Canon over the Panasonic if it were not for the zoom of the panasonic

Any help would be appreciated!

If you shoot more outdoors...TZ10...if you shoot more indoors...S95...

I own both of these and just wanted to add some corrections.

- The S95 is considerably better in low light .. not just a little better. The TZ10 is poor in low light.
- The TZ10 has a better lens. It is sharper corner to corner and has less distortion. However, the S95 has a brighter lens and you won't even see the distortion in your JPEGs or even in your RAWs if you use Canon's software.
- Both have solid builds but the TZ10 seems to be better built. I have dropped the TZ10 on solid rock more than once and aside from a few nicks, it is undamaged.

GPS is up to you. It's a cool feature but once the novelty wore off, I stopped paying attention to it.

The TZ10 is the more versatile of the 2 cameras obviously but as LTZ470 said, if you shoot more indoors, the S95 is the way to go.
Disclaimer: I take photos of life rather than live to take photos and my opinions of cameras are reflected accordingly.
