Default New camera with articulated LCD and video

I'm looking for a new camera that has:
1. Articulated LCD.
2. Good image quality.
3. HD video with optical zoom.
In that order.

Current options are:
Canon sx20 and sx30
Nikon p500
Canon G12
Sony NEX 3/5

Since size matter Canon G12 was the best choose but it doesn't have zoom while video.
Since price dose matter DSLR are out.

Sony NEX-3/5 are an option but I don't know how the zoom works in them. There is no zoom button.

So what do you think?
1. Should I go with the G12 and forget about the zoom while recording video?
2. Should I go with sx20 or sx30 or p500? (how is the best one)
3. Should I go with the NEX? (Price and user operation issue)
4. Wait for Canon G13?

Thanks a lot
