If you get is at a good saving, and HD is not important. It is worth it to save some cash, and use it for something else. As a camera goes the T1i and T2i are pretty close. Unless you really want to shoot at 3200iso and 6400iso allot. Then the T2i. AF is the same 9 point with 1 center cross type point. Same processor.

I'm going with the T2i my question is my everyday walk around lens is the Tamron 18-200mm which is ok for taking random shots on vacation and walking around and i wanted to know should i go with the 18-135mm kit because i have 100-300mm or since i already have the 18-55m lens go with the 55-250mm or just the body for now because i want to start investing in better lenses

It comes down to how much you want to spend, the 18-135 is not that great of a lens optically. There is a fair amount of CA from it. The 18-55 and the 55-250 will yield better results for less. Do not think the 100-300 has IS. And it does help out on the long end.

the 100-300 does not have IS. and 18-200 is ok but the 18-55 works better than the tamron in low light

if you need the better HD, the T3i. If you are really more interesting in photography and HD is not as important the T2i is just as good as the T3i for photos.
