Olympus say that the battery is good for 200 pictures. I didn't count but it's less in my opinion.

Default SZ 30 MR : Pictures are sometimes soft

The first picture below is a crop from an output camera picture. The second picture is corrected (contrast +20, sharpness +30) with "ib" program provided by Olympus with the SZ 30 MR

Default Battery life

The original Olympus battery for SZ 30 MR is a LI 50B with weak 935 mAh power.
I have found a 2100 mAh compatible battery (a bit expensive !) but now I have no problem with the battery autonomy...

I bought it in Andorra (between France and Spain). I can only give the model: SDV-NP-BK1(1) 3.7V 2100mAh
