Phil,

You really have a good point with your suggestion.
In my case, it is not easy to find those cameras in my town, but for people who can do that, it is the best option.

I will keep an eye on HS20, FZ150, and to firsts reviews/comments on SX40.

Thanks everybody for your help!

Phil,
I couldn't find all those cameras in my town to take them and feel.
I am buying on a website and a friend will bring it to me.
Indeed, I bought 2 cameras, one to me and another to my mother. We decided to buy the Fuji HS20 and the new Canon SX40.
In few days I will have both on my hands and I will be able to use them in similar conditions for pictures and movies.
I will write here my impressions!
Thank you all that helped me with opinions and information.
Regards,
Cinara

G'day Cinara

Congratulations on making a choice ~ I am sure that you will be happy with the camera once you get it and start to use it
I have handled the HS20 and found it to be a very competant camera ~ you will find that some things are very much to your liking, other things may not be 'perfect' ... but then even a dSLR costing 5x as much as the HS20 has things that are not 'perfect'

Regards, Phil
