Dunno. Neither Panny nor Samsung have a great reputation for JPG processing. So it is likely the RAW images that you will want to compare.

drsaurabhg, DPReview has a nice tool where you can compare the RAW output of different cameras. The Panasonic GF3 is listed, but the Samsung NX11 is not. However, the Samsung NX10 has been tested and I think the sensor and processing are quite similar to the NX11, so I think you'll get useful info from comparing the GF3 and the NX10.
The tool can be found here: http://www.dpreview.com/reviews/pana...gf3/page14.asp

From what I see there, the Panasonic GF3's RAW looks better than the Samsung's

drsaurabhg, did you check the link I posted about the comparison tool at DPReview? There you can choose which cameras you want to compare, and the Panasonic G3 is listed. Just select it from the drop down lists.
I have no first hand experience with any of those cameras, so I can't give you any additional info than what you can see for yourself with the comparison tool.

It's all relative. The xx0D is bulky compared to EVIL and bridge
cameras and lightweight compared to high-end DSLRs. The Canon
will also be a much cheaper option than either of the two mirrorless
cameras. Remember that the cost of the camera is only your initial
investment. For most DSLR users, the cost of lenses and accessories
will easily exceed the cost of the body.

I am interested in Samsung NX11 or Panasonic GF3. I think Samsung one has larger sensor so do you think I could go for NX11?is there much of difference in picture quialty between both? I think Samsung is a bit cheaper as well.
I have never even seen a Samsung NX, so my comments are based on published
reviews. The NX10/11 look like fine cameras and worthy competitors to the
MFT and Sony NEX cameras. In theory, the APS sensor should be a little
better than the sensor in the G3. In practice, it seems the G3 compares very
favourably with the NX. The G3 has one of the best kit lenses available. The
NX kit lens has excellent centre sharpness, but tend to be a bit soft at the
image edges. There is a better selection of lenses for the G3. The Canon
has a huge advantage when it comes to lenses.
