Default Point & shoot advice..URGENT

Hi all,

I need a Point and shoot asap , and need the following features in it.

1)Budget- around 200$

2)Low noise, good colour, sharp images

3)MACRO SHOTS and Regular family portraits!

4)Zoom is "NOT" of any ultra-importance, but yeah, would be good,if comes along with the package.

5)Size is NO consideration. Small or Big.. any would do.

6)Should be one of the following - Canon,Nikon,Panasonic,Sony,Olympus.

U guys are good at this... so kindly help.

You might look at this camera.
Kodak 16MP EasyShare Touch w/ 28-140mm Lens, 3" LCD Touch Screen, HD Video, 5x Zoom & Easy Share Button
It is featured on 1 day sales and is a huge price reduction. Around $144 on sale for $59.99 One day only.
Read the details and go to a camera review site and see what they say about it.
I just purchased this camera and it is pretty darn good but is almost $300 so might be too expensive.
Canon PowerShot ELPH 520 HS 10.1 MP CMOS Digital Camera with 12x Ultra Wide-Angle Optical Image Stabilized Zoom Lens and Full 1080p HD Video

Here is a review of the Kodak.
Fuji HS-20
Pentax Kr
Sony SLT57
