Default resetting AF area in FZ-150

Hi all,
I've been trying to reset my AF area, to the next larger setting than the default; but when I shut the camera off and on, it resets itself to the default. Am I doing something wrong, or do I have to reset it each time I want to change it?
Thanks,
...... john

Yep- if you switch off,the AF area's size resets to default... and yes, a gripe of mine also... as I quite often use center/large area...

Hi Simon,
It does seem like the menu implies that the setting can be saved. Thanks for the confirmation. I thought I had missed something.

G'day mate

Every camera has some settings that return to default each power -off
The bugga of it is that it's different across brands - so things that my Panny retains are lost on the Fuji - and vice versa
