Default Help with aerial camcorder

I'm looking to purchase a camcorder that will be mounted to the strut of an aircraft for video work. It should be a small frame but not the go-pro type.
Some recommendations are to get one with a 3CCD sensor ( to eliminate the jello effect). I also need remote control, image stabilization, and hopefully a way to stream the viewfinder image to an ipad or laptop.

Any help/recommendations from the knowledge on this forum is appreciated.

What's your budget?
  • The lens is the thing.
  • 'Full Frame' is the new 'Medium Format'.
