I guess it comes down to compromises ie which ones you want to make I guess.
Which imho comes down to what you most like photographing, as you mention landscapes and portraits the Sony RX10 might do the trick as it has a f2.8 throughout + a 1" sensor .the compromise there will the zoom as it only goes out to 200mm. Shallow DOF is always difficult with small sensors, so the F2.8 + 1" sensor may help a bit over the FZ200. The FZ1000 also a 1" sensor, starts off at F2.8 but soon closes down to F4 I have read but has the 400mm reach. FZ200 F2.8 all the way out to 600mm but a small sensor.
Compromises compromises I'm afraid.
I hope you find the ones that you are happy to make Finch.
