Default Sony DSC WX 350 & Canon Powershot SX 710

Does anyone have these cameras? If yes, your opinion please.

Still researching a compact point & shoot....husband would prefer I not go much over $300 so the HX90V that Rudi mentioned is out. Looking at these two and also the Panasonic ZS 40.

Thank you!

If the Sony HX90V is out, then the Panasonic ZS40 and ZS50 are better choices than the WX350 and SX710.The IQ will be similar, but the Panasonic's are more versatile and faster, than this two.

After researching more, I've decided not to consider the Canon.

The Sony HX 90V may not be out but my husband is asking what about this model is worth spending $130 more for this over the Sony WX 350 and Panasonic ZS 40.

A reminder: I'm looking for an easy point & shoot....I'm not a photographer and I won't change settings and stuff, just change from mode to mode. I'd like a 20x zoom, at least and get good pictures.

Rudi, by faster do you mean faster taking pictures one after the other?

The ZS40/ZS50 are easy cameras to use and have a good auto mode. By fast I mean it has a fast autofocus. So you work fast with it. They have also a burst mode of up to 10 pics per sec.
