Default Looking for Instant-Camera

...it may seem strange, but since I am quite happy with my Sony Alpha and its lenses, I am looking for a camera, which produces instant pictures. I somehow would like to have a camera, which does not add up to the tons of gigabyte of pictures on my hard-disk, but something, which I can (in its true meaning) grasp.

The downside seems to be the size of the printouts. So far, the instax square and maybe the instax wide would seem as a good choice. and maybe the lomo wide instant. (though I read various mixed reviews due to its plastic-finish and its f8-lens and its not so great inside-pictures are also somewhat of a downside.

there seem to be some polaroid reboots of old cams..but not so sure about these. What is you impression of the market? Which cams could also be worth a second look?

Thanks for helping me out.

Not sure what part of the world your in, but Polaroid's are making a comeback in California.
External hard drives have come down in price. Probably cheaper to buy a HD and store photo's compared to buying polaroid film.
