bump - I also found another camera that seems pretty good, the CanonPowerShot SD110. How does it compare to the A75?

OK look at this:

Now that should really add some confusion to your choices.

Okay, it's just A75 vs. SD110. Which one?

Nobody can make the decision for you. You'll need to decide what is more important in a camera.

One has a 2x Optical Zoom and is very pocketable. The other has a 3x Optical Zoom and is a little larger. One gives you lots of manual control. One gives you very little manual control. One can take add-on lens accessories and filters. The other can't. One has better flash range than the other, etc.

You'll need to way the pros and cons of each, and decide what is more important to you. Some users may prefer a smaller, more pocketable camera. Others may prefer a little larger camera. There are always tradeoffs when comparing one model against another.

Compare the specifications and features. Read the reviews. You'll need to make the decision.

I recently went to an electronics store and got to mess around a bit with the A75 (Though it wasn't powered) and I really liked the feel and the size seemed perfect (Seemed kind of small, actually). So, I guess A75 beats S110.
