I am looking for camera from I can take some shots in auto, manual and mixture of night shots and lanscapes and which also captures true colors.Which a 3X zoom how can I can shoot. I am not too concerned about making movies from my camera as I already have a camcoder.I am looking at these cameras

a) Canon S1 IS it offers a big zoom which is a plus.

b)Kodak DX7440

c)Sony DSC-W1
If any one has any of these camers and want to post their reviews and sample pics.

Thanks

The W1, P100, and the T1 are essentially the same camera in different pacakges-- not a huge difference between any.

All three are clearly inferior to the Minolta G400, and even more so the G600-- which is slightly bigger and a slightly different design. Both miniscule.

Why dont you just go to Steve's Digicam Reviews? So that you can see their differences and also their sampla pics.

Here are the links...

But if you ask me, I'll go for the Canon S1 IS! More features and cheaper in its class!
