I have Canon S200 with an extra Canon brand battery and case nice little camera and now time to move up so I got Sony P100 but haven't opened and still deciding wheather I should keep it or go with Canon s500. I have Sony XBR800 television at home which has built-in MS slot for photo viewing. But I also have case and extra battery from S200 that can go with s500 if buy that instead of P100.

So I am confused on what to go with. Any sugessions? Now I am looking at who is the winner overal as for the quality. Is it P100 or s500? Help me out if you have used either series of camera.

Also I noticed one thing about Canon camera is that all "s-series" make images with 180dpi while rest of the cameras I used (Sony, Olympus, Toshiba, HP) they all have 72dpi. That's why I prefer Canon better and CF cards are much cheaper than MS.

Below are the sample images:

Any suggessions?
