Is the newer 5700 CP a better camera over the 5400?

I cn get the 5700 for 429 US + Shipping.

I bought the 5400 for 557 US.

SO basically I can get the 5700 cheaper.. I could return the 5400. What do you guys think

5700 came out first and is quite a bit older that the 5400.

5700 has a 2/3 sensor, min/max iso 100-800, max bulb time 5mins.

5400 has a 1-1/8 sensor, min/max iso 50-400 max bulb time 10mins, I first got the 5400 because it was one of the first P&S that could go to 28mm effective, now a lot of them can do this.

Both are ok P&S cameras, Irelegated mine to walkabout pocket camwhen the lineup of relatively inexpensive dslr came out. ( I paid 1200$cdn for the 5400 when it came out,you can get a dReble for less that that now, or a 20d for anot too muchmore. ).
