My boss is seeking a digital camera for taking photos of her pet. The problem is that she is not too keen on the functions of most image-editing programs, so she'd rather just have a camera that does well with pets' eyes in the first place.

She swears that her old Sony (can't remember the model number) took pet photos just fine with no eye problems whatsoever; the pictures I've seen bear that out. I've also gone over with her the tips from http://www.dpfwiw.com.

Looking for something smaller, preferably in the 3MP+ range. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

A camera with an external flash and bouncing the flash off a wall or ceiling so it isn't directly in the subject's eyes. Lots of info here:

Um...if you read my original post you'll see that I went to that site already.

To clarify: I'm looking for something that has as little hassle as possible. Anyone out there that takes lots of puppy photos I'd like to hear their experiences.
