If wide-angle was your preference and you took mostly (90%) people pics (family members) and wanted the following out of your digicam:

- accurate skin tones
- no red-eyes
- no post-processing
- print up to 8x 10"
- excellent low-light performance

Which would you choose?

1. Olympus C-8080 with FL-20
2. Minolta A200 with 2500D
3. Pentax *istDS with Sigma 18-125mm and AF360FGZ

I'm not really knowledgeable or experienced with high-end prosumers or DSLRs but nevertheless I'll offer my opinion

Well, the Pentax *istDS is actually a DSLR, whereas the others are prosumers. So this isn't even a contest. The Pentax should be FAR BETTER than the others--especially in low-light, which is one of your criteria.

Let's see what others have to say...

My thoughts exactly. I'm not sure why someone would compare these models. It's like comparing a Ford Taurus to a Corvette.
