I want to buy a camera and I want it to be always in my pocket.I am looking the best one for me.

Which one is more suitable for me???

I actually like the T1 more than the T3 for your purposes. I use my camera in my pocket all the time (canon SD200) and I see the scratches I get from putting a uncased camera in a pocket with keys (after a year, the SD100 looked horrid before replacement).If the lens is not covered, it could get scratched which would affect your photo quality. Between these two, I'd prefer the S-100 for that reason.

I got the Canon SD200 for the same use as you propose. It's a little heavier than the casio (4.8 oz with battery vs 4.0 oz) but the dimensions are almost identical. There used to be a cost difference (the Casio was 400 when the Canon was 300 but looking at froogle, the price difference is under $25 ($245 for the canon shipped vs $268 for the casio at stores I trust)
