I have exactly $46.00 to spend on a camera. This includes S&H.

I know, I know, I will probably have to buy something crappy, but I mean, my current digital camera is built into my Zire 71 (Palm PDA) and has 0.3 MP and bad quality images...

I have my eye on this:

http://www.steves-digicams.com/2100dg.html

...but it's shaped like a stinkin' camcorder :G Other than that, it's just what I need. The quality of photos from that seem exceptional IMHO (Coming from something that produces images like this.)

Sooo... any REAALLY cheapo digital cameras out there that can exceed the 0.3 webcam-quality pictures I'm producing right now?

Thanks a million!

(I posted a topic on another forum regarding this: here, maybe that can help, too!)

[EDIT]

Oh no!!! The Kyocera camera is not very cheap at all! I misunderstood the price tag on it, and thought it was much cheaper than it was! I do not have that much money... see this? It is wrong, that camera is not $20.00... it is like $80.00

Your ONLY chance (and it is slim) to get a decent camera at that price is to go used. Bid your limit on a Fuji 1400 or Canon A10 on eBay and perhaps you'll get lucky.

I bought a FlatFoto 2.0 MP slim camera

http://www.smalcamera.com/wtb.html

(The 2.0 MP blue one, not the 1.3 MP red one)

I know this probably isn't the best camera in the world, but I'm not expecting it to be, and for $35.00, I don't think I can go wrong

In the mail...

I'm perfectly and utterly amazed with this camera! Awesome! This was just what I was looking for, if not better! The best $35.00 I've ever spent... :|

(Click thumbnails to make them bigger, then click the pictures on the page to maximize them if you want)

It used to, I think now it boots to a white screen, though

Why are you asking, though?

UPDATE -

I contacted the seller on ebay about how the battery seemed worn and would not hold a charge, and he refunded my money and told me to keep the camera!

Excellent stuff there... My camera WON'T hold a charge very well at all, but still, I'm overly satisfied with the quality of care I received from the ebay seller
