Fuji Finepix S5000 vs. Nikon Coolpix 3200

I have the opportunity to get either of these cameras as a gift and can't

decide which would be best. Ease of use andquality picuturesare a

must. Main use will be for everyday family shots, butI also like todo some novice

outdoor photography.

Please help!

I am with the other guys on this. The S5100 (or even S5000, if you can't get the S5100) seems like the obvious choice. The only thing that I can think of that would make you choose the Nikon is if you really have to be able to stick the camera in a shirt pocket.
