Thinking about getting an FZ5. I wear glasses and found the evf
(viewfinder) surround kind of hard and scratchy against my glasses.
Anybody use this regularly with glasses and care to comment? My Canon
S1 has a nice soft surround for the evf, and seems better in that
regard.
Thanks

Doesn't the EVF on the Panasonic have diopter adjustment? I thought the idea for glasses wearers was to use that so you can get your eye right up against it?

As I understand the diopter adj., that is for if you want to take your glasses off. I never do that unless I am going to sleep. Also, with astigmatism, not sure the adj. would be adequate for me.

Thanks

Well I wear glasses but am not reliant on them, my FZ5 should hopefully be despatched soon, once I get it I'll be sure to give the EVF a try with my glasses on and I'll let you know!
