I am looking for my first digital Camera.

Can I get an opinion on

Kodak z7590

Panasonic F20

Kodak z740

I want a good zoom, and pics that can be blown up (little bit)

Do these all have the IS? should I get one with it?

I want video with sound!

I take lots of sport and wild life pics, Would you suggest another?? (zoom important)

Help! want to get this by mothers day!

FZ20 all the way. the best value for money. 12X, 2 image stabilization modes, 5MP, about $500, great macro capabilities, manual focus, sharp pictures and a whole horde of other options.

Plus the greatest barometer of a good product is not the professional reviews, it should be the reviews of the people that use it day in and day out. Take a look at the panasonic forums and some of the shots that this camera is capable of.

The DX7590 is a deal for $330-$340. No IS though. But if you used a tripod you wouldn't miss it.
