Recently read about it. It has 1600 ISO and a rated flash range of 23 on program auto and 41 feet on 1600 ISO. Any chance it will be as good as the F10?

With 8 MP and "all weather" construction, it could be better. Can't wait to read a few reviews...

We will just have to wait and see how the Stylus 800 does in its reviews. However, at less than $300, the F-10 is here now and it is a very excellent performer.

Here is a sample F-10 photo. I have had the F-10 for 5 weeks now and taken over 1,150 photos with it. It is a great companion to my dSLR, a Pentax 1stDS.
