Hi Ppl!!!
I have Olympus C-730 UZ and now i need a faster, smaller camera with bigger ccd.
I'm looking for ultra-compact digital camera and i found 4 interesting models:
- Canon PowerShot SD400
- Fuji FinePix Z1
- Nikon Coolpix S2
- Olympus Stylus Verve Digital S - this is my favourite one from my list

I'd like to read Yours opinion about these cameras, especially opinions of users

Thank You for each post here

Greetz!!!

I'm looking at the same type of camera as well. Those are all good choices and here are a few more:

Kodak V550
Pentax Optio S5z
Canon SD450 (September) Bigger LCD, few more scene modes
Panasonic DMC-FX7 (Also DMC-FX8 in Sept. Better Video, Higher Res LCD)
Minolta X1 or X60
Olympus Stylus 500 or 800

I'm personally leaning towards Canon SD450 when it comes out as I want a 2.5" LCD, trust the Canon name (still have the original Digital Elph S100 and it works fine), wall charger for battery (hate docks)and like that they added a few more scene modes.

I hopeCanon fixed the screen cracking problem, they cracked even with smaller LCD, I wonder what will happen with bigger one.l

Give a hard look to Sony P-200 and soon to be released Canon-S-80. S-80 seems particularly interesting.

Than You for Your posts

I found Casio Exilim EX-Z57 - it's also interesting camera with low shutter lag.

Maybe this one will be mine soon
