hello to you all i am a new member & i need some help i bought the camera this week but cannot use raw files in photoshop for some reason can anybody explain how i can get them working in the program because this is one of the main reasons for getting the camera as i have already got my trusted 602 zoom which has never let me down:-)

my guess is that the version of adobe camera raw that you are using isn't new enough to be compatible with the RAW format of the camera.. you may check out adobe's website to see if there is an update that includes support for RAW files from a fuji 9500...

Hi Dustin thanks for the reply i have got the latestversion of raw from adobes web sitethatwas thefirstthingi did but still no joy:sad:

keep your eye on the update page, they should update for the newest wave of digicams soon...

that should work out just fine, convert it with your "little program" and then export to photoshop.. many people do it this way all of the time anyways! enjoy your new camera!
