I know the T7 is thin as all heck, but it's been annoying me lately. Indoor shots are TERRIBLE.. The flash is tiny so the room barely lights up. I finally had it when I was trying to take pictures of my basement's poorly-lit pool table room.

I love Canon cameras, and I saw a deal on Dell where I can get an SD450 for $300 shipped. Now, my question is this... are indoor and night shots better than the T7's? I'm going to Vegas for new years, so GOOD night shots are a must... I also tend to end up at parties a lot, which requires indoor shots to be good, as well. I don't like red-eye at all, but I can live with it (I know all compact cameras have it). Please give me your opinion ASAP... The coupon expires October 18th!

Yanathin,

As thin and sexy as they get, there's got to be a catch. In the case of the T7, its not even selling well with huge price drops cause of the bad flash photography.

Wow, I had no idea that camera was really that good. It's getting quite.. large, though. Thats why I was considering the SD450. But wow, the quality on the F10 is amazing.

If you must have an ultra-compact, and like the performance of the F10, wait for the Z2 to be released (November).
