Oh, I've seen images that look like that when certain wideangle adapters are on a camera at full zoom.

A couple P850 pics that show the camera's zoom capability, taken from my recent trip to Jamaica.

See the boat off to the far right?



Now here it is at full 12x zoom:

I like your Jamaican Sunset even better. The kodak P-850 is certainly a camera worth considering.

Rambler358 do you use any tripod or just handheld? Bcos I know P850 don't have image stabilizer, and from the picture look like almost sunset :rollI'm referring on pic#2)

I believe that you are mistaken about the P850 lacking IS.

Oops sorry, my mistake, indeed P850 has lens stabilizer. So I suppose you take above mention photo with handheld :|:-)

Both shots were takenon a portable tripod I bought before going on the trip.

Went outside around my place yesterday testing out the Fuji S5200, have to say that I'm really happy with this camera, still learning it, anyways couple of shots if anyone is interested.
