Hi,

I am planning to get an Xacti c6 for my trip to overseas. The trip will be for 3 weeks. Do you think Xacti C6 is a good choice? I'd like to take video clips more than pictures.

Now, the 2 GB SD Card can hold only 2 hour maximum, for best quality. That's kind of too short for 3 weeks trip.

I saw in eBay the new 4GB 150X SD Card. Has anybody ever tried to use this 4GB card on XActi C6?

The other solution for me is getting 2GB card and a photobank, but the cost of both is more expensive than getting just one 4GB SD card.

Any input is highly appreciated! Thanks!

Not bad those prices on the 4GB SD, always more for less over time with memory. I guess a not too expensive pocket photobank, like the media buddy, will cost as much as a 4GB SD now but it willstore 10X as much data.

Sorry, I don't know if the C6 supports the 4GB, let's hope, because it's so new. Let's also hope you can actually get your hands on a C6 before your trip.

Caleum,

Thanks for the advise. I will find more information about the Media Buddy. It sounds like a good solution for it. Thanks again!
