hello,

Can someone recommend a good camera for recording a golf swing sequence. These will be short movies that can be uploaded to a computer for playback.Camera should have a fast shutter speed and mount on a tripod. Thanks.

I seriously think a dedicated video camera will be better than a digital camera for movies.

The Sony DSC-S40 is ideal for your purpose. Using the Multi-Burst mode with the interval set at 1/30, it captures 16 frames in 4/10 of a second. These frames are then saved as a single 1-megapixel animated image. At around $150, it's very affordable, also. You can check it out at your local Wal-Mart, Best Buy, etc.
