My mother, who is 60 and wears reading glasses, is wanting to buy a digital camera. Here is what she stated that she wants:

One that is not large and not a Digital Elph, but has some weight to it and the buttons shoudl be easy to find/push

Not alot of help there Mom. I'm thinking she needs a larger LCD (2.5"or larger). She is not going to be printing anything on her own - she'll take her card and print from Walgreens then clear it afterwards. Probably looking in the $200-300 range.

Suggestions please.

Perhaps the Kodak Z730 is worth a look.

I have a Canon S80 which is an awesome camera, but might be a little above your price range.

Following along that Canon suggestion. The Canon A-410 perhaps could be a camera to take a look at within a reasonable price range.
