Here is an example of a picture taken at the IB pinning ceremony. This was taken from the middle of the audiance, so about half of the 3x zoom was used, and the ISO was 1600, with exposure compensation set to prevent blur. You will not get ISO1600 like this in any other camera unless you go the dslr route.

Thanks for everyones help. I just orderd my F10. Now the next thing I am going to get is a xd card. Which card would you recommend? I mean which brand of cards works best in this camera?

**EDIT** After looking around a bit I now see there is a H card that is supposed to be faster. I havent seen anything about it working with the F10. The H card is about $10 more for a 1GB Olympus. Not sure if it worth it or not.

Thanks

why don't you think of f30? it has some manual controls, more comparable to e900 than f10.. ─▒So up to 3200.

orwould you considercanon a620 ??

It will not be out until May. It looks great, but I wouldn't reccomend it until it's out, and we know it's a good one.

I ended up taking the plunge and ordering basically the same stuff -- the F10 and a 512MB Type H card (same price as the regular). Hopefully it all gets here before I go to NYC on a research trip in a week.
