I have the ame "magenta problem". My wife looked as though she had rubbed beets all over her face in a portrait photo.

I tried printing through Canon EZPrint and that largely resolved the problem.

I also tried Kalypso's settings (i9900SUP.jpg), and they worked slightly better. My wife still thinks she looks too red, but the camera and the printer agree, while the monitor may be slightly too yellow. At any rate, the result is much improved.

Thanks to you all.

I'm in the same boat. I have a i9900 and have a VERY difficult time printing from CS2. I finally called Canon and they turned me onto EZprint which, sure enough, basically solves the problem. Of course, the problem wiht EZprint is that as far as I can tell, you can only print JPGs, which really sucks. There are other shortcomings to the progam itself. Still, by far, the best looking prints.

Can someone PLEASE explain why EZprint seems to be the only program that works right? Is there any plans to update EZprint?
