Thanks for the comments.
Eric: Only a fraction was cropped off the right-hand side to move the bird slightly off centre... so it's looking towards a bit of space. So basically this is what I see in the monitor when taking the shot (I'd say frame-filling.... but ccd filling is more appropriate). 'Our' Common Kingfisher is about 16cm in size ... about the size of an average to large Sparrow. Which is tiny compared to some of those monster Kingfishers that inhabit some countries. I've never seen a Kingfisher catching Dragonflies, our one know's what it should eat....Fish :lol: Regards, Andy B |
