So far I've only gotten one good titmouse photo using my C2100uz+TCON17 from about 10~15 ft away with me bracing the camera against the doorframe of my back door.
Can you supply your setup details for your titmouse photo? Thanks, jb :?: |

The first thing I would suggest is a tripod and a shutter release cable or remote. I tried to get by with just a tripod and activate the shutter by hand but that was not cutting it.
I have Nikon 4500 with a Meade ETX-90. I run full manual usually using center-weighted metering. For focusing, which is still something I need to work on, I half depress and let the camera lock on then I manually fine tune the focus using the scope focus adjustment. |
