It looks like one of those small, fuzzy moths. I tried to take a super macro of one that was on my store window a couple days ago, but unfortunately, he was just big enough that I couldn't get all of him in the picture with the reverse lens trick. This is a great picture, I really like the way he's upright so you can see the lower part of his face.

look at the face on that thing! amazing....they aren't as ugly if you look at them closely enough..they really do look like ewoks!! nice shot ![]() |

Yes, moths have amazing faces, some of them comical like this little dude. That's my son's dirty hand holdingMr. Fuzz-Face, and he and I ended up laughing because of the way the moth seemed to be looking up with love in its eyes. We were using a magnifying lens for some of the shots along with a macro lens, but I'm not sure if it was used with this one. I kind of lost track amidst all the laughter.
