Went out for a style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: #ffffff"walk this afternoon and got these shots.
I have no Idea what the Little yellow bird is, he was very fast and tiny. Maybe an aussie wild finch of some kind ![]() ![]() ![]() |

Julie, you're starting to get better with these bird shots. I can't help you with id on Australian birds - they're just too foreign to my experiences.
Now, on that third picture, with the ibis - the sky has some funny pattern to it. Did you take the picture through some sort of screen? |

No screen, just a problem with AcDsee when resizing, they are a little compressed:-)

Boy, those sure are compression artifacts, Julie! I just did a properties on that picture and noticed it's only 10kb in size. I think that you could probably compress less, perhaps to a total of 80-100kb in size, and it wouldn't bother anyone here. Even Norm, with his dialup connection, probably wouldn't complain about that.
