hmm...it being misty would be a reason for it to look misty ;) lol

thanks norm :) i enjoy browsing this forum commenting on photos and posting help (if i can....which i can't so much in bird photography...lol)......lately, especially, i've really enjoyed looking at the wildlife shots...the detail in some of these shots that have been posted are unbelievable....

oh yeah...another question....this shot...it isn't a crop, right?

Vito, this shot is an edge crop, slight. Thanks geoff, I've been trying for weeks to get this bird's eyes because I think they are so spectacular. This is as close as I've gotten yet.
