Zoomn, those are great captures. It takes a lot of patience watching the adults so that you can locate their nest. Also, the lighting looks to have been very difficult as the nest is in the midst of all the leaves in that tree, and you still did very well at getting decent exposures and detail.
Were there just the two nestlings? |

Thanks a lot for taking a look and for your kind comments. Yes there were two babies only and the next week they were out of the nest when I went back. Very lucky to catch them at home. I went back in the morning to try to get some better pictures with the sun on them. These shots were taken in the evening. I used my c-210 teleconverter to get these shots from about 10 yards away. If I got any closer the parents would buzz me. |
