I like his expression. Kinda like, "I wonder what she is going now?"
If I wanted to be picky, it might be slightly over exposed, but that could just be a trick of the overhead lighting (i.e. sun.) The lower half of the picture is a bit lighter than the bottom. That type of situation is not easy. Glad I can inspire. I have fun doing it and I enjoy sharing the pictures. And isn't not like I post a lot of inspiring birds. And most of what Kevin posts are in my back yard. The bird doesn't have to be spectacular, if the picture is well done (which is why I look at all of Kevin's posts!) Eric |

Ann, that's a lot better than my first post here!! For some reason the Chickadees are not around here this season
Eric, thanks again for the compliments!! I'm finding out that even with high end glass and such there still is no substitute for getting as close as you can. Going to have to leave the backyard for a day or two, got wind of Orioles and Pileated Woodpeckers in one of my (CT) State parks :!: |

Please post the Orioles! I love those birds, but I have only seen one so far this year. I keep going out to find them... but I think I'm early.
Pileated woodpeckers are very cool. I've only ever seen one once up there (but I have to admit that I don't go hunting for them.) I think we have your the chickadees up! ![]() Eric |
