I like them. I believe that is a type of moth... don't butterflies keep their wings up when they land?

aw the bee's are cool
i just set the macro focus, shutter speed , apperature and popped it on continuous shooting i think the top one is a red admiral? i could be wrong thou! |

Budd...%^$#, gotcha. Now that you gave me the first syllable, I think it's also called butterfly flower or something like that With my shrinking memory, I actually had also taken a picture of the purple variety some years back on the island of Kauai. No butterflies tho. ![]() Thanks. |

yep we have the purple and white kind out the back
in the summer they are the best for attracting bees and butterflies ![]() |
