geoff, excellent.
I have a few students who are telling me about the location of bluebirds Isn't it nice how things seem to work out. I wish you well in your own venture |

Thank you, Norm.
It's kind of late in the season for me to actually get assigned to a monitoring route (they're probably all taken) so it's iffy that I'll get much exposure to the activities this year. Next year will be a different story. So, as long as this forum is still around and we are both still posting on it, you will hopefully see some pictorial overview of what I'll be experiencing. |

I look foward to them too. Bluebirds a lovely. I made it a point to photograph them this year and got a few which I like. I don't recall, did I post this one here?
http://www.marx7.org/~esmith/web_pos..._bluebird1.jpg I think they are wonderful birds. And speaking of wonderful birds, very nice shots Normcar. Very nice indeed. I've heard stories of woodpeckers and how they feed their young so often that they wear off a lot of feathers on their heads. So they look really scruffy and dishevled. I guess it comes from the young calling so much. And those pictures of the young are great too. Eric |

Thanks for that bluebird picture, Eric. It whets my appetite for what I will be seeing and doing!
