Nothing rare or exotic this time. just a humble spotted towhee, but set off beautifully by a patch of snow. The bird came out of the thicket in the background, poked around in the snow for a minute, then went back into the brambles. But it gave me some good photo ops from just 20 feet or so before it disappeared again.
