Bob I really like your bird captures. This is a general comment but being from Australia it is nice to see species from overseas. It is a bonus to see them with such great detail. Thanks.

Bob, you took that at ISO 800? It looks really free of noise to me... I think that camera is doing a good job keeping low noise levels at higher ISO's. :-)

Thanks all. Mike, I used noise reduction on pretty heavily on everything but the bird.

Thanks Kent. I am actually using a combination of two. I use Noise Ninja which is embedded in my Bibble lite Raw convertor and then I use Imageonics Noiseware plug in in Elements 5.
