I got out Sunday to find some short eared owls (sorry no decent pics!!:sad:) but did get a few little birds. edit: not sure how these will show as I got a new flatpanel monitor and not sure if the brightness and color are correct.

4. Tree sparrow just lifting off. This shot I added some sky to the right of the picture and also added atail tipas I clipped the shot.

5. A pair of eastern bluebirds taken in October. They seem to have been the last ones remaining in the area.

Donna, I use the Canon 20D. Almost all my pictures are taken with the 500mm Canon and a 1.4X TC. thanx for the comments!!!

Fantastic shots, Dennis. Beautiful color and sharp as a tack. Looks like that lens works very well with the TC. Nice to see you posting.

Great shots! pics 1 and 2 are very sharp but a little blown on the whites. Pics #3, 4 and 5 are just wonderful! I also have a new monitor that is a tad on the bright side so I'll check how 1 and 2 look on my system and work tomorrow.
I've yet to run across some snow buntings :cry: .. look forward to more posts!
