This heron lives in a large drain ditch just down from our house. I didn't see him until about 4:30pm so the light was dim...Donna

Hi Donna

The 3rd shot of the little birdie is very nice but MY favorite is the 2nd shot of the GBH. The only thing that IMO would have made it better is if you had coaxed him onto higher ground and got his feet in the picture. But we can't always do that, can we. :-) Good job on these

FINALLY! You got him! But that first one, where is that ? too wide for the ditch? I am gonna have to creep out there and see if I can capture him on my own camera...he is MINE, after all!! :-)
