Congratulations on your new camera. You seem to know how to use it.

Thank you E.B. I'll get a handle on it real soon.

Thanks Mike! I've got my D70 on ebay already. I got the MD-200 with an extra battery and controls for portrait position and love it. I'm going for the Nikon 200mm 400mmAFSVR f4 zoom next.

Merry Christmas!!

Three different woodpeckers and all three are super sharp. You're off to a good start with that new camera Ron.

Happy holidays

Obviously you do not need any more run-in of the gears.
Great shots.
In Toronto, there is no way that we will have chance of shooting any RBWP. Downy barely.

Great shots; amazing sharpness. What tele, if any, did you use? What were the shooting conditions?

Have a minute? Check my problem on focusing thru glassin the Post Your Photos Forum under Critiques and Techniques.

Thanks for your comments guy's!!

observerguy...I use a Nikon 300mm f4 lens. The Downy was shot right at sundown therefor the color cast. The others were shot in direct sun. I looked at your photo on the other forum and left a reply.
