I got to go out with the Asst. Refuge Manager before sunrise so we could shot sunrise.
Here are a couple of the sunrise shots. It started out kind of foggy and gloomy, but it turned into a gorgeous day.





Later in the day he took us ( the rest of the group showed up later) out to some spots the public never get to see. I got some nice flight shots of White Fronted and Snow Geese.

Great series! I go when time allows to the Assateague Island National Park (refuge) and it is a great place to shoot. Lots of typical east coast waterfowl and wild ponies. Donna

Wow, those sunrise shots are awesome!! Magazine quality. Great color and the light contrast with the trees and water is beautiful....gives it an Asian look.

Wow, that's a lotta' geese! Nice shots Steve. I tried to view this last night, but it wouldn't load. Great shooting..oh, and that sunrise is too awesome!!...cheers....Don
